Yes. Hollywood is one of nine South Florida cities we serve, along with Miami, Miami Beach, North Miami, Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Oakland Park and Wilton Manors.
Only the guest-paid cleaning fee is deducted first. The 20% is then taken from the rental income, and owner-paid property expenses such as utilities, pool service and repairs come after that. Everything is itemized on your monthly statement.
