Hands-on management for Dania Beach pool homes, waterfront homes and small multi-family properties, between Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood. One local team. One management fee.
Dania Beach sits between Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and the beach. Guests come for winter sun, family trips and easy travel days.
We manage homes in Dania Beach and the neighboring cities. One local team handles guests, cleaning, maintenance, pricing and the City certificate paperwork.
One local team runs the whole operation, with clear terms and full monthly owner statements.
Dania Beach requires a City business tax receipt and an annual vacation rental certificate for each unit, with a City inspection. The City code applies these rules to vacation rentals in 1 to 4 family dwellings and sets a minimum stay of 5 consecutive days. Certificates expire every September 30 and must be renewed each year. Sources: Dania Beach Code Sec. 16-2, City of Dania Beach, Vacation Rentals.
Every vacation rental also needs a Florida vacation rental license (DBPR guide) and must collect and remit Broward County Tourist Development Tax. State law limits how far cities can restrict vacation rentals (Fla. Stat. 509.032), but that limit applies to local governments, not to condo associations or HOAs, so check your association documents too.
