Hands-on management for Miami condos and homes in areas where short-term rentals are allowed, from Midtown and Edgewater high-rises to private homes. We check eligibility for every address.

Guests come to Miami for the restaurants, the art, the nightlife and the water, and many want a modern condo close to Wynwood, the Design District and Biscayne Bay. In the right building or neighborhood, a well-run rental turns that demand into steady bookings.
In Midtown we look after Luxury Hyde Resort Amenities, a high-floor two-bedroom corner condo at Hyde Midtown with city and water views, a heated pool and a fitness center.
City and water views, a heated pool and valet parking, run by our local team.
Whether a Miami property can be rented short-term depends on exactly where it is, how it is zoned and, for condos, the building’s own rules. We check each address with you before anything is listed.
Which rules apply to the exact address, and whether its zoning allows short-term stays.
For condos, whether the building and association allow short-term stays, and what they ask for before guests arrive.
Which city, county and state registrations and taxes may apply once the property is eligible.
We don’t give legal advice. Rules can change, so confirm eligibility for your property with the relevant authorities before listing. Short-term rental permit and registration consultation available (separate fee).
One local team runs the whole operation, with clear terms and full monthly owner statements.
“Since switching to Flight Mode, everything feels truly hands-off in the best way. They optimized the listing, handled guest communication fast, and kept the unit photo-ready at all times.
Results: stronger booking pace, higher occupancy consistency, and noticeably fewer gaps between stays.”

Yes, where the building allows short-term rentals. We already look after a condo at Hyde Midtown.
One simple management fee: 20%. It covers everything from the listing to the last inspection.
Only the guest-paid cleaning fee is deducted first. The 20% is then taken from the rental income, and owner-paid property expenses such as utilities, pool service and repairs come after that. Everything is itemized on your monthly statement.
