Hands-on management for Pembroke Pines pool homes and family homes in southwest Broward. One local team. One management fee.
Pembroke Pines is in southwest Broward County, a drive from both Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Its homes suit families who want a private home with a pool and space to spread out.
We manage homes in Broward and Miami-Dade. One local team handles guests, cleaning, maintenance, pricing and licensing paperwork.
One local team runs the whole operation, with clear terms and full monthly owner statements.
Every vacation rental in Florida needs a state vacation rental license (DBPR guide), and Broward rentals must collect and remit Broward County Tourist Development Tax. State law limits how far cities can restrict vacation rentals (Fla. Stat. 509.032).
We did not find a separate vacation rental registration program on the City of Pembroke Pines website. The City does require new businesses to get a Certificate of Use before a local business tax receipt (City of Pembroke Pines, Certificate of Use), so ask the City how this applies to a rental home before you list it.
If your home is in an HOA or condo community, association rules can be stricter than the City's, and the state limit on city rules does not apply to them, so check your association documents first.
