Wilton Manors allows vacation rentals, but a home can't be advertised, promoted or operated as one until it is registered with the city and has a certificate of compliance. That includes listing it on Airbnb or Vrbo. A state vacation rental license and Florida Department of Revenue registration are also required.
City rules also cover a 24/7 responsible party who can respond in person within one hour, occupancy limits, on-site parking only, posted placards and safety equipment. Requirements can change, so confirm what applies to your home before listing it.

Only the guest-paid cleaning fee is deducted first. The 20% is then taken from the rental income, and owner-paid property expenses such as utilities, pool service and repairs come after that. Everything is itemized on your monthly statement.
